Checking your account balance

Once you log into the Esendex platform, you’ll notice your account balance displayed on the top right-hand side of the webpage, next to the ‘buy credits’ button in blue. Here, you will see a full overview of your remaining credits (displayed in GBP) as well as the equivalent spending amount across our range of messaging products.

Each time you send a new message, your balance will be updated to account for the cost of the campaign. This way, you will always know how many types of messages you can send with your current account balance.

It’s important to note that we charge by message part, not by the number of characters in each message. For each message part you send, you will be charged one credit. If you are running low on credits, you will see a red exclamation mark next to the number of message quantities available.

If you have insufficient credits to send out a messaging campaign, you’ll need to add more money to your account. You can easily access our e-commerce area via the ‘buy credits’ button on the top right-hand side of your screen or by pressing the ‘shop’ tab on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
